Citrine is an URTV, a being created to destroy the
entity known as U-DO, being the God of this dimension.
The URTV # 668 was thought to be dead.

# 668 was in fact alive and was one of the rare survivor of the female URTV and was their leader, Citrine, the Orange haired female URTV variant. n the numerical sequence she arrives after Albedo (#667) but before Nigredo (#669).

Her brothers someday found out that she was alive as they wandered inside of the Yuriev Institute. No need to say that it was quite a surprise to them.
